Smurfs.

Hello every one. I'm becoming very tired of this game , is just unfain , there are too much smurf . I'm in silver and last 6 games i lost coz of Smurf or crazy Matchmaking. It shoul be implemented somthing to avoid the smurfing coz is so frustating that there are so many f***ing smurf in there. the solution could be that : when an Acc reach lv 30 he can't go ranked till he has 200 normal games , it could avoid smurfs and novice player to go direkt in ranked. what do u guys think ? well most of u has a smurf so i could image what do u think.
