Can a Nuke Ivern Work????

Itemizing completely around your shield isn't great because you won't be itemizing any magic penetration to keep the damage up. A lot of good Ivern builds incorporate AP, because all of Daisy's stats scale with Ivern's AP, but as far as stuff like / goes it'll never beat out stuff like /.

As for runes, you should be running stuff to speed up your clears and make them safer. Movement speed Quints, armor reds, flat HP yellows.....that kind of thing. You need to be able to soak a few hits when you're invading because that's probably the biggest facet to playing Ivern.
