Reconnecting...

I do not think that disconnectors that come back into a game within 5-7 min should be punished for afk. Many times there are unexpected internet connection tragedies which lead to a summoner disconnecting. No human is able to fully control their internet and should not be taken as a full on afk especially if their team wins the game after they come back. Another problem is that the "reconnecting..." doesn't usually work naturally, one must quit league and reopen to effectively get back in (especially on MAC). Many summoners disconnect then reconnect and to classify all those who fall to this as "afks" would result in the loss of a massive amount of league players who don't actually go AFK and are just minorly inconvenienced. Hear my plea Riot, Please have mercy on those who reconnect within 5-7 minutes of disconnecting especially if they win that persons team wins the game. You may not want to in ranked which is a more serious setting but normals, for sure, should be viewed in a more merciful light. Once again I am not talking about AFK-ers I'm talking about those who dc the reconnect within a 5-7 min window in normals. As you may have guessed I am wood V trash with little skill and drawn to tanky champions, but because of my parents occasionally use the microwave while I league (6pm to 12am is usually the window in which I'll play 2-3 games) I get disconnected, but I always reconnect 9.99 times out of 10. This did happen in my last game as warwick and after we had won (really hard) I was told I was afk which is most certainly not true because I started off participating and ended participating in the game there was just a small patch where I was unable to participate because I had to the restart the application in order to reconnect. I hope Riot will understand where I am coming from and address this issue accordingly. Sincerely, A Ginger who was wrongfully snapped.
