Brand Needs changes Badly

Why exactly did riot buff Brand's passive? Why is it okay that he is played as a "support". Personally, I think that if he is getting all these damage buffs, he should lose his stun. At this point he is just a combo mage that does a shit ton of damage. Why does he even need a stun at this point? He is currently my most hated champ by far so I may have some bias, but Riot needs to make it so that he doesn't have an excuse to be played as a support. Maybe reduce his base damages a little, speed up his W by 10-20%, and put a damage modifier on his E instead of the stun maybe make it slow slightly too. (like Ahri's old E) That way he would require more skill to pull off, he would be stronger overall, and he wouldn't be the cancer support that causes fury and hatred. (Seriously BrandxTwitch Bot is just mean.) Plz don't just post "QQ more nub" as I am not just QQing, but also am also putting out an idea on how I think he could be better.
