reporting system is trash. Riot should implement a skin or a feature like a dunce hat that afks and inters who run it down get perma on their toons so everyone knows they are scum. Need to put these people down so they dont repeat this behavior over and over. Wasting time 30+ minutes in ranked just for people to run it down cause they lost a crab to a mid laner.
