I'm actually kind of annoyed that we would be forced to install the latest version of this client, albeit as flashy, and cool looking as it is, I never had a moment where I would lag out while being connected to the modem. After the installation of this bullshit client, i've had moments where I lag like a bitch for no reason and still have 42 to 56 ping. Please, for the love of god, next time fix your shit before you force us to download the damn thing -.-
Pacothegint1 votesPing in game is in no relation to the new client, as both the legacy and new client launch the same game. If you are having lag at 40ish ping that sounds like packet loss. Packet loss is not shown in ping and can seem like some crazy lag.

Khoribeau1 votesThat's actually a lie, since i've never experienced this bad a lag until today. Even in client, it lags when picking a champion. This client has everything to do with this lag, regardless of what you think. I know this because, like i said, before the update today, i've never experienced a disconnect twice in one game. Especially when connected to the modem. So don't tell me it isn't this shit client, when majority of the players experience this same bullshit lag. Pardon the language, just really annoyed with it -.-

Second, Riot continuing to put resources into the old client was wasting time they could have fully invested in the new client.
Third, the old client was buggy as fuck for me for a LONG time back when I started. This stuff is new. Give it time, it'll work fine.
Khoribeau1 votesI've already read up on all their supposed reasons, but that doesn't change the fact that my games were fine until the new client was installed today. I have frequent disconnections both in game, and during the loading screen when i'm already at 100%, and i've never had said issues until now. I never had to constantly click a champion for the game to pick it, I never had to spam the keys in order to actually use my skills, i never had issues right clicking an item in order to purchase it. Sometimes, I, literally, have to sit there and wait for the champion select to ban a champion i'm clicking on and it doesn't even verify that I banned it so I go back to the queueing screen. I never had any issues with the old client, until the new client was installed. I have friends, and family, who go through the same situation so it isn't some packet loss. Again, they need to fix things like this before forcing everyone to download this bullshit client. You say it isn't the case, but then explain these frequent happenings that just occured today :]
