Ohmwrecker Active

So a few patches back riot reworked Ohmwrecker so people would consider picking it up more often; however, it is still a very unpopular item. What if the active, which disables turret fire for 3 seconds, also worked on base gates? This might make the item a little more viable while also increasing its buy rate. Thoughts?
