Rengar is Overly tuned for low elo
People dont know how to deal with him, and I get punished for it as an adc main.. who basically just gets one shot no matter how fed I am because this champion has no counter play.

The counterplay to Rengar is team play, so I agree that Rengar has no counterplay in low elo.
That applies to way more than Rengar though, any burst assassin with stealth has the same issue in low elo, you cant expect all of them to be changed because people dont want to learn how to play against them.

See I would agree with yall @Saltran, and @Power of Sexy as far as needing peel after the initial burst, but I can deal with many of the other assassins by popping barrier, grabbing Ninja Tabis (sometimes a GA) and then flashing away and having a chance to auto them down. But with rengar I can be in between all my teammates.. He ults me.. and nothing saves you. You can have a full blown deadmans plate and you still die to him which is absolutely ridiculous. None of the other assassins are that strong.
Exhaust doesn't save you, flash doesn't always save you, barrier doesn't save you. Armor and Health doesn't save you. Tabi's don't save you. GA saves you if you are lucky, but it always ends up being a waste of money and ineffective against him anyway.
Even when Im extremely fed on ADC I still have to play smart and position right. I still die to one sho, and I am Item dependent, so If I get denied gold Im not very useful... That is fair...
So if I go out of the way to buy a deadmans and have tabis, and use my barrier.. I better not die instantly.. That's just bs
