Riot logic:

must apply 3 marks of his passive by landing skill shots to get his % HP damage must apply 3 marks of her W by getting close enough to auto attack to get her % HP damage must apply 3 marks of his passive by landing skill shots to get his % HP damage must get 5 marks of his passive to make his ult deal maximum damage must apply 3 marks of his W by using auto attacks to get his % HP damage

Just hit Q and it instantly deals 7% max HP. Oh and if you somehow find them stuck in it for the 2nd pop (that takes 1 second and your stun lasts 1.5 at level 1) it does it again. Trust us it's fine.

Remember when Riot nerfed because they didn't like that his E could be cast ON TOP of someone INSTANTLY?

Let's just add Poppy to that list and agree they're all kinda busted in some way.

With CoC about to be nerfed soon, it should bring Poppy down a little bit as well. I think Poppy may need a further nerf though, maybe instead of double armor and magic resist below half or whatever it is, she gets 50% more of the bonus armor and magic resist.
