Giving Poro-Snax a Hidden Interaction

Poro-Snax should give a debuff called "Moral Commitment" which disappears when you feed a Poro. "Moral Commitment" could for example lower the HP by 10. ("Protection from Sunlight" reduces 1 DMG but Poros are mysterious, magical and the most-loved beings Runeterra has to offer)

This would encourage more player to actually use their Poro-Snax and help those poor little guys.

EDIT: I know that Poros explode when they are fed by all 10 players but this happens too rarely because people just don't care. In my over 1k Aram games this happened TWICE.
