K, so whats with all the "first timers in begginner and not intro?

So I'm fairly knew, only level 10, and I've only played about 6 or so pvp games. I mainly play bots, and when I do, its usually beginner or intermediate. Its just now, I notice everytime, or every 3 beginner bot games I play, I have people who seem like they should be in intro. K so I'm gonna go on a rant now, This is probably one of those "cool story bro" situations too but whatever ;)

One game I played with a garen who's summoner name was iknownothing. He sure as heck played like he didn't know anything. the dude barely knew how to play, he didn't build any items,constantly died,did little "assistance", and kept running into turrets. Another match, I had a game with a Sivi who just stood there in the lane ignoring the fact that she was getting hit by the turrets and dying! But she did build items, she got 6 Dorrins blades, oooh that was a sad day.

I know a simple solution to this problem would be to stop playing bot games, and I will soon. But is there anyway we can say, prevent these situations from happening in the future?

I realize this post kinda makes me sound a bit whiny and stuck up but I mean not to give off a bad vibe to some people.
