Stormraiders surge needs a visual on the proc
Something similar to ghost would be awesome. It's very hard to tell when you proc it in the heat of combat and the enemy has no way of knowing when you proc it.

I believe it does (I use it on Ekko occasionally and it tends to blur with his Time Ghost trail/Resonance procs) but I agree that it really isn't very noticeable.
