Idea to help with the Vel'koz "rework"

I propose an idea for to help with his severe lack of mobility. What if Vel'Koz was given a speed boost if he procs his passive? Basically if he gets all 3 stacks, he gets a little speed boost as a reward. His speed boost would be a major version of passive. I feel that this change will help him safely trade after landing a combo, and give him just that small tweak that he needs to help with his whole mobility issue without having to really change any of his skills or his core identity. What do you guys think about this?
