Heimemrdinger and the new Rylai's

So I tried out the new Rylia's on Heimy today and I have one thing to say.

OMG YES HAHAHAHAHAHHA! Donger kiting is brought to a whole new level! Sure it's not anything super amazing but it feels really nice to have that guaranteed slow on the turret basic attack and it reminds me a lot of heimerdinger's old ult in his weaker, but still treasured days.

What do you guys think? I didn't get to try it with Luden's but that nice speed buff for even more kiting seems fun. This is of course, looking past a lot of the things weak about heimerdinger that would make this irrelevant in pro play. Don't get me wrong though. Heimerdinger is one of my favorite champions.

Rylai applying on his regular turret shots is probably a bug.

Not a bug, patch notes mentioned that it now works on pets. They apply a 20% slow for 1 second.

Applying on his main attacks? Wtf? I'm Heimer main in the past, and it must be op.

I'm gonna be playing heimer more often especially to try out support considering the new slow.
