What happened?

If you've come this far you might as well hear me out.

Since season 4 everything has gone down hill. 60% of the champions are broken and KEEP GETTING BUFFED. Their stats should be going down not up, come on guys. Assassins shouldn't have been buffed again because they were already broken. So many times a day do i run against a zed that cannot be stopped because of how he maneuvers. Its hard to tell if its just the champion that enables them to move with inhuman reactions or if they have a spell dodge mod. Its a bad sign when you can't tell if its just the game or if someone has a modded client. I'm not here to rag on Riot about their game because Riot could fix this if they wanted to. Since the 6.3 Update the performance has been absolutely horrible. Loading times have greatly increased (inb4 "its your pc" its not, I run other games with flying colours). The game is going downhill and I don't want to see it go any further. Don't get me wrong, I like this game, but only when its actually playable. I hate to be that guy, but if this doesn't stop a portion of the community will move to dota. I want a game that's balanced (don't try and tell me it is, that's just the worst b8). inb4 "you're just mad because you lose a lot" I wouldn't be mad about losing if the game wasn't decided within the first 20 minutes. I love games that go back and forth for 60 minutes and you're not sure which side with come out victorious but that hardly ever happens because half the available champions are broken beyond belief. I just want to be able to play a game where it doesn't matter if you win or lose, one where you can actually enjoy it either way. But that's not possible because heimerdinger just stands by his turrets and is untouchable. Teemo's mushrooms are dealing too much damage for anyone to do anything. Zed the reach of a laffy taffy giraffe. Katarina is still, well, Katarina. Fighting Garen is like trying to chew on a ball of steel. Fighting yasuo is like fighting a human-sized hornet. And I've only scratched the surface. I don't want to win every game I play, I just want to stand a chance.

Side note: Jhin is actually balanced, the first champion that has been made balanced from the start since jinx.
