Riot this makes no sense!!!

i have been grinding ezreal and trying to get mastery 7 on him, i've got to mastery 6 all by myself, but then when i started to grind on mastery 7, it was like impossible for me to get an S, i've gotten enough cs, kills, and objectives. when i started to get my mastery 7 on tristana, it was very easy to get, why is it so hard to get an S on ezreal. one game, i went 14 kills 0 deaths, 180 cs, at 28 minutes, and i get a S-, like if i was playing another champion with that score, i would get an S+, so riot this doesnt make any sense, so if anyone is a mastery 7 ezreal main, can you tell me how u got there please?

It makes perfect sense. Because Ezreal is not Tristana.

As Ezreal, you have an easier time getting some stats than others, which is no different from any other champion. For example, for champions like Ezreal, Teemo, etc they have an easier time doing damage to champions, they have more opportunity to deal damage to champions, they do a lot of ineffective damage, and, or course, they have more capability to deal damage than other champion. Their damage is worth less per point than other champions and they have a higher expectation for their damage amounts in order to keep up with, surpass, or for your goal, more than just surpass other Ezreals, other Teemos, other whomever in this stat.
