Massive Spikes in game play Starting 4/24/17

At 6 am i was fine, went to bed, woke up at 2 pm and now every few minutes my champion will just stop moving, everything around me continues to move, then the game will freeze and then it fast forwards. The game is unplayable now and it all started today, the day they messed with the client. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I haven't experienced it, but heard a couple people complain about it. Probably has to do with the new client.
