Neeko E Bug

I play against a lot of league of legends and I have noticed a bug that has gone unaddressed bug on Neeko's E. I only experience this bug when i play against Neeko, whenever she casts her E a white line (that looks like a skillshot preview) that can be anywhere from a few pixels to taking up half a lane appears for a few seconds essentially blinding me in lane. Is this a problem with my computer just being too old or is it a bigger problem with league or the game? I play league because i can't afford a better computer and league is one of the only games I can play. It is almost a game breaking bug and I want to dodge any ranked game I see her in. It really bugs me and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this? [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Two things:

There's a Board for bug reports.
It's a graphical bug, but I haven't ever seen it. This likely means it's on your side, and something's wrong with your files; I'd attempt to repair your files using the Hextech Repair Tool, and if that doesn't work, then get some kind of a picture of footage of it and then file a bug report.

I have seen it!! Just experienced it. It isn't a computer issue. It has to be Neeko's animation invovling skin. Every e casted snared or not causes a icicle or white flash blocking the screen and good portion of the screen too. It was hard and annoying to play game properly for me. Note: I don't ever or usualy post things or complain but this one is most annoying
