Low ELO Matchmaking

so there is no way i can put this without myself sounding like that one annoying guy that blames everything on his team but alas, 90% of the time it is. so i'm stuck in low elo bronze because i just can't get promoted. i got into bronze in the first place for 3 reasons. 1, a had one super laggy game 2. i had 2 bad games 3. i had 3 bad teams 4. i only had 5 placements instead of 10 5. the other team is 10X better 5 bothers me so much. it always seems that way.

every time i get a promo match, i get paired against a GOD team and then i have the team that feeds.

Put short i feel like ranked has very unfair matchmaking. i go on more losing streaks in ranked than i do normal and i barely have that many bad games. and it just so happens when i finally manage to get a promo, it's 10X worse than normal and eventually, i get demoted... yay

i can't be the only one having this issue. is it a fixable problem? (apologies to riot for posting this in the wrong board)
