It depends on your Elo.
I would definitely add pyke and thresh in there and remove blitz regardless of elo.
Ali is quite hard to pull off in any sub D1 elo really.
2, 4, and 5
Pyke is god tier because they just took a midlane assassin and have him cc. And thresh is always going to be my go to when someone asks for a support champion.
Morg and Soraka are always decent picks. Ali is a little more meta dependent and learning proper use of the headbutt, but I think he's fine ATM. Blitz lives and dies with proper use of his rocket grope. Can't say much about Karma either way.
As a jungle main I like
