Whats with the Rageblade atm?
I keep seeing it being built by a lot of adc's and doing a ton of dmg in early O_O... Why though O_O?

Because ADCs will abuse any and every item meant for other classes.
Because Riot didnt think through the item like sooooo many other changes.

its bugged to give him 1000+ ad with his passive.
They may need to nerf the % AD portion of it
Well they are making it cost more.... But it definetly wont fix problem LUL... I always hated items like this which add another basic attack... Like the old Wolf thingy for junglers... It was good cuz adcs couldnt abuse it... Maybe they could remove that when attacking minions it starts stacking? That would fix it

high attack speed and 32% increased AD and on hit damage (it gives 4% AD for each stack and since stacks can be made off minions it be strong poke)
