katarina is too over powered

Play anyone with target cc like Twisted Fate and you're team will always blow her up because she can't ult.

Play anyone that can right click the screen to move. Then do so.

The new Kat is not OP. She is only decent if you are mechanically skilled with her. If there is lacking skill on the new Kat, she gets utterly gutterstomped which happens in most of my games as I am a bronzie and nobody here can play Kat.

people losing matchups solely on the fact that they think their enemy is overpowered is 95% of the reason these champions are "OP"

people be too afraid to actually play the matchup cause..." oh they're just gonna beat me cause they're op" and so they let winning opportunities pass them by
