Rylais nurf helps scripters
I main karthus, and the only way to counter someone with dodge script is to buy rylais, Now it is useless. GG riot help the scripters.

Since dodgeable skillshots also technically help scripters, should Riot only add champions with all non-skillshot abilities?

I'm willing to bet this guy is a scripter and it hurts his first blood cheese script's impact later in the game.
I can dodge karthus Q's standing still. You not really saying much about your play style by maining a champ that you just press R for a kill anyway lol.
you cant dodge my q when youre slowed by 40% bruh, nor can scripters.
Jinx runs close to you as AP cho, sitting in the bush, you throw a q and she runs backwards diagonally to dodge, then WARDS the bush!
