I got an A+ in my game as Riven top lane. I went 10/1/6 in 24 mins with 134 cs ( I did lots of roaming ). I am lvl 5 riven and I have always been EXTREMELY close to an S-. I WENT 17/2/3 IN 20 MINS WITH 105 CS and I got an S- no token or anything.

It compares you to other Riven players. You need to do alot more damage and 134 CS in 24 minutes to low for an S, maybe aim for 160+ by then.
