We live in a Society where everyone is self entitle along with the fact we always get our way and not willing to admit our mistakes including myself. Don't forget with the our Society becoming SJW creating endless betas sensitive to just a legit question toward their bad performance or even a simple suggestion. If I want to improve as a player, I need to stop engaging chats with the sensitive betas of league & focus on improving my own gameplay because the only way I am going to carry my team, the trashbag on my back, I must simply become the garbage, throwing it all away.

Even if it weren't the whole "sensitive betas" thing, as you put it, you wouldn't get anywhere by suggesting someone else do different things anyway. When you focus on yourself, you improve. When you start watching other peoples' mistakes, you won't go anywhere.
