Suggestion for low elo (bronze to gold)

Riot, I have a slightly stupid idea, but most of the low elo community would agree (except assassins mains): assassins are the worst to play against. They will almost always snowball and win the game for their team and yes people say just buy wards and focus them, but let's be real here: in low elo,it's pretty hard to coordinate something most of the time. The problem is that regarding high elo, they are played far less often and have a normal winrate, so that's why you can't just give'em a swing of the good ol' nerf bat ( I don't undestand why you balance thr game for a minority of player, but that's for another day.) so i got the solution: automatically ban all assassins for anyone lower to gold in ranked.

its balanced around higher elo because this game is an Esport game. We play on the exact same patch that the pros play on so nerfing champions because the majority of the community, like %80 now are under plat, cant do well against X would ruin it for the sport. The basic thought is lower elo players are casual players that play this game striclty for fun so they dont completley understand the weakness or strengths of a champion. This is shown with assassins since they are basically out of the meta with tanks and juggers dominating the scene but lower elo they can still dominate.

It isn't even assassin meta right now. In fact, the only assassins above a 50% winrate in Bronze and Silver are Diana, Yasuo, and Ahri. In fact, they have higher winrates in Plat/Dia than they do in Bronze/Silver.
