I was in ranked (champ select) when our jungler forgot to take smite (we tried to tell him but he was not responding, afk) this being my last promo game and fearing a possible loss I dodged. When I logged back into the client I was prompted with my promo series ending and me losing Lp. Feels bad man.
I guess it was fate to lose [zombie-nunu-bummed]
P.S It says my ranked series ended due to inactivity. That's cool too I guess.
Alex h87213 votesImo dodging is better than playing out some games, b/c while dodging may give you the auto-loss your mmr doesnt go down, which helps you LP gains and climb in general

dodge and lose 5 or play and lose 18
granted in your circumstance dodging without losing something significant wasnt an option
Sukishoo1 votesYeah, dodging in a series instantly ends the series but like said before at least your MMR stays the same so you can still gain the LP that you would have should you win again.
