Death Timer damage values

So i was just in a game with some friends. We were gettin our ass kicked by the other team, like everytime someone appeared it was instakill. So i decided to check the damage the enemy team was doing. Can somebody explain to me how Soraka with 33 AP can do ~530 damage with a single Q, when it states that at rank 5 her Q does 230 (+30%AP)? Even when I am the center of the radius it's supposed to only do an extra 50% damage.

Maybe she used it twice..?

If she had used it twice I think that the damage would have been higher. Even if it wasn't I know for sure that she only used it once cause first she has cooldowns an second I died in a blink of eyes
