Removal of the question mark for MIA ping

The mia ping seems to be used more so as a tilting factor as players seem to use it like a tradional question mark rather than saying someone is missing. I was hoping if it was possible to change it to like a letter or something else because many teammates I get, when someone messes up or misplays they starting pinging mia on them which further ruins the game as it brings that player down, I've muted the sound but it stills bugs me so much when I get caught out or couldn't win a duel which results to me being spammed that ping, especially when I'm playing by myself and get put in a lobby with a premade.

The problem isn't the ping as much as the people abusing it. Riot "stops" them from toxicity in chat, they move to "?" pings. You get rid of those, they'll move to the "blue generic ping"

Actually, I have more issue with all the people who ping to be careful when the whole enemy team is already on top of me and there is no way in hell that I'm getting away alive.

In all seriousness though, the whole ping system needs revamped. It's gimmicky to use, and can't convey more than half of what it needs to (the ability to ping CD's, HP/resources, etc helps, but there's still a lot of stuff that could be conveyed that isn't (such as something being warded)).
