Cassiopeia Input Lag?

So I've played Cassiopeia a couple of times after she got changed this patch, and I've noticed there's an input lag after she Q's sometimes. This doesn't always happen 100% so there is no sure way of producing it for sure. I'm not too sure if this is just me, but my ping is fine, the input lag isn't limited to abilities, it's for any kind of action. It causes me to just stand in the same spot even after I click a different spot on a ground to move and as a result of not moving after using the ability, I end up auto attacking a minion. This is really frustrating. I was wondering if anyone else experienced the same thing while playing her?
