Feedback & suggestion about matchmade normal games
Hi there :)
So currently I'm in queue for a normal game. But you know what's wrong? I'm waiting already 40 minutes and I'm not even kidding. It's SO hard to find a game with high mmr so I ended up playing on my smurf all previous week because I want to play in League of legend but can't do it on main :( The funny thing that I'm playing against same people - high platinum and low-mid diamond mostly(I'm about normal games if you didn't understand) but the only difference that I should wait on my main before system let my mmr "felt down" - about 10-15 minutes in queue(or 20+ at night).
So would be really cool if you could make a cap of mmr for normal games because it doesn't make sense otherwise. I do not ask the same for ranked games because I understand that better wait 10 minutes in high elo instead of playing with low diamonds.
Maybe it sounds wild but I know a lot of people who spend half of the time in queue for normal games instead of actual playing. High elo problems ;(
And I can tell you a little about experience of Dota 2 with this problem. If you have really high mmr - 6-7k+, when you go in the queue you get a warning which tell you basically that it's not possible to find a game for you due to lack of other players with such high mmr in queue and you will play with 4 players with lower mmr. If projected to League of Legends then it will looks like: 1 challenger 1000+ lp and 4 diamond 1 - low master tier and the same for other team.
Let me make a note that nothing will change for the players except lower waiting queue. I would be happy to play only with diamond 1+ in normals but it will never happen - only few of them will be in one game but not 10.
Most of the players are about diamond 5 in such games - from platinum 3 to challenger. So I guess a cap for mmr should be around 2200-2300.
I hope you will hear it and don't force people to play on smurfs :3
TL:DR Too long waiting queue for high mmr players. Make a cap of mmr for normal games around d5 because all these games ending up there.
