At what point in the game should I buy my boots? Do I get them after my first full item? and should I just rush tier 2 boots or pick up tier 1 boots then upgrade them later? thanks for the help!

Mysticman891 votesSomewhat depends on the specific champ and match up, but tier 1 boots tend to be a first or second back, and tier 2 boots often after first full item. Again, will depend on the match up.
