@Riot Kai'sa Missing the Mark-sman
I wanna begin by thanking Rito for designing this champion the concept and goal of the champion fits my personal dive in opportunist playstyle while allowing me to play the role i prefer (ADC). Ill start with what i like about the hero and go into detail with how i feel (in her current state) she should be played. After wards i will close out with what changes are needed to bring her up to par with other ADCs.
(I quit league for 2 years and recently came back this season BTW. gotta get my accounts back to plat and diamond alot to learn again lol)
Build Core:
Essence gives you CDR and mana with damage and Crit mostly intended to spam your 'Q' As much as possible.
Rage Passive procs stack faster and once you grab pick axe you get your first upgrade (this is crucial to your burst potential to snowball ur mid game into your late game power spike find picks and burst tf out of them.)
Boots and Hurricane - These give you your stealth plain and simple and hurricane makes you a better team fighter and applies that beautiful passive to (this gives u 90 but your Attack Speed Per lvl should help if not get a dagger) more people allowing more stacks and more ult targets to reposition.
(Other items are situational On hit for tank heavy comps. MR for AP comps and Crit for everyone else) build as required (crit seems to be the most reliant.)
DO NOT JUMP INTO THE BACK LINE MID TEAM FIGHT EVER (there are few exceptions to this but seriously you will die and people will flame you.)
Passive: Second Skin The Bread and Butter of her kit. My impression is the passive is meant to finish off targets for obvious reasons %hp Missing. This shit hurts for any sustained fight or mid mid game most squishes are gonna die once you proc this and most tanks will be surprised by the sheer ramping damage you can out put. Ill cover the second half of this ability with each ability
Q: Icathian Rain (JUSTICE RAINS FROM ground level?) All around skill wave clear got it, burst got it, Down time dps got it. Upgrade to do more DAMAGE got it. Lvl this first after you get your Essence and Pick Axe the Damage numbers when they all or almost all hit are through the roof. this ability will get you the kills you need mid game to transition into late game.
W: Void Seeker (Pew.) Ahhh lets see not much to say here...... Damage this deals is high AF applies Passive stacks which is why its needed and its good for picking up kills that seem to get away this is your ults initiation tool mid game to catch people out of position and burst them with Q and a few Autos. biggest tip i can give with this mid game when you don't have a lot of attack speed if you are 1 auto from procing your passive fire this ability and pop ur passive instantly reapplying the passive again.
E: Supercharger (AKA Naruto Run AKA I'm FAST BOOOOIIIII) Reposition tool enough said the attack speed steroid is nice and i know people complain about being locked out of shit when you use this but its a re-positioning tool she isn't vayne. this ability is meant to reposition your self and reset yourself mid fight NOT to engage out right and alone there is a few exceptions to this. if you are mid fight press Q and then E so you dont lose any DPS and you can reposition and utilize that attack speed buff. when you have stealth you are invs moving like a flipping naruto character fast as f*** booiii you can juke the living hell out of people or position in some very unexpected places. (you can use this with her ult which ill get into next)
R: Killer Instinct (AKA C-C-C-C-ombo BrEAkeR) This ult is better than people realize and it has so much potential vs burst and Skill shots. this ability has so much out play potential. Press E before you ult why? you get the attack speed buff when you get there by the time you kill your target your E will be up again to get out or reposition to kill your next target. use this to reposition to not only doge CC and Skill shots but to get in a position where you can land all of your Missles from your Q.
in short Kaisa has great Burst potential and Sustained DPS with multiple build paths and can benefit from all of them. Her repositioning capabilities are superior to most adc with a low CD if you kite well and her ult requires some instant decision making skills but has so much out play potential and synergizes well with her Q and E.
Now for the Cons, the negative, the things that need to be fixed, and how to balance her accordingly.
Passive: Second Skin This shit is good don't touch it however the 5 autos required to trigger her passive makes it seems like she is intended to be a sustained DPS hero who becomes more deadly as the fight goes on allowing you to beat down those tanks until you can safely ult to secure those back-line kills.
Auto attack range I don't think you guys want to up her range. but 500 auto range just feels clunky on her you feel like you should reach just a little bit farther and im often left feeling like i got the short stick and im often being punished because her autos are such sort range. Your chances of getting off 5 stacks of your passive are slim to none.... 500 range just makes laning with her hard as fuck not just challenging but out right damn near impossible. in my current low elo its not a big deal most people don't punish but once i get back up to plat and diamond i know ill never touch a wave i know i will always get punished hard as hell. 525 range or something wonky like 535 seems would help you farm to survive the lane and trade appropriately.
Q: Icanthian Rain
There is nothing more disappointing that trying to trade in lane and watching all your damn missles go after the damn minions.. I suggest we make it to where enemies marked with plasma are prioritized by your Q. the damage numbers on this ability are through the roof if this change was implimented we could have to low the scaling damage to properly balance this ability. this would give the player more control and removes the cheap sensation you get when you missle the minions over the champion or accidentally hit un-aggrod jungle camps mid fight and costing you the duel.
W: Void Seeker Whos idea was it to make this ability a longer range than the ult until you hit lvl 16? Again a Clunky feeling design.
E: Super Charger This ability is fine as is however the amount of attack speed required to level up the ability demands Berserker Greaves and being forced to buy an item just so you can use an ability that Vayne gets at a lvl 6. I suggest making this 75% or 80% attack speed.
R: Killer Instinct The Cooldown for this is waaaaay to damn long for just a re positioning small shield. reduce the late scaling of this shield and add another evolution. at Rank 2 and 40% CDR evolve this ability to reset on kill up to 1 time and at rank 3 up to 2 times. this adds to her survivabilityand and mobility and rewards the player for diving into the back line and playing aggressive while still forcing the player to strategicly decide who and where to jump to next.

is usualy part of my core and with out the Aoe split from upgrade Q I don't have the ability to fill half a health bar. E is usually my first upgrade because I don't like getting dunked, and I run on hit so the AS rush is win/win. R is a free kill with the right teammates, R is a free kill with a good W. I run Ulti hat for this reason. Lowering it more would give me extra abuse from Ulti hat Or free me up for a superior rune.
