Definitely Not Dominion
Anyone agrees with me, that it should be kept as a game mode?

I'm sure someone does, but they're wrong. It introduced some neat ideas and mechanics, but the execution is absolutely terrible. Removing bottom lane was just the worst idea and giving deep jungle vision was quite possibly even worse than that. The team that wins Windmill can, with any real degree of organization, easily lock the enemy team into their base and just starve them out since only one objective matters and the deep jungle vision means they'll always see them coming.
No, because Riot has kept the stall mechanic. While it means you can comeback from literally any point difference, it also means you can be starved from literally any point difference. Arathi Basin only has a 'run the clock down' mechanic because once an objective is capped, it will be capped one way or the other. Nothing can be neutral. However, since towers can be neutral in Crystal Scar, that mechanic doesn't exist.
Therefore, I see no reason why you shouldn't be dealing damage to your opponent's nexus even if you have 1 tower versus 4. If your team has been applying better pressure than your opponent for 90% of the game, I don't see why we should reward the opponent for not even for upping their pressure near the end but merely spiking it up for a single moment and then matching your pressure for the rest of the game.
Because that's all rotating is; being just as mobile and applying identical pressure to your opponent. While doing that in the first place requires skill, that doesn't make you better than your opponent.
At this point, Riot should just copy Arathi Basin's map with some adjustments for a 2.5D MOBA
