Any advice how to rank up ?

I'm stuck at platinum 5,4 and 3.I would like to rank up but it's a bit hard for me.My main role is support but every time i get good adc/jungler my top and mid are having bad game or trolling(most of the time tilted and trolling,blaming the jungler).So i want advice from diamond + support how to carry games with tilted players who wont listen others in team.

same, but Im gold and play top. I win lane far more often than not and my botlane feeds. I felt this happen after the teleport nerf and now I feel like I can't win games when my botlane loses (I main Trundle so it can often be difficult to stop a fed adc who has a good support who can peel) infact ive been on a loss streak as of late due to this problem .-.
