Keys
Okay so does anyone know if you can get multiple keys playing and winning on a single champ? Or is it like chests where you can only get one chest per champ.

AFAIK (only reading as i am from euw) you need 3 key fragments for 1 key ... so i don't imagine you get only 1 fragment per champion ...
You can get keys no matter the champ and how many times you have gotten a key fragment playing them, it is not restricted.
You can earn keys regardless of your chosen champion or how many you have previously earned on that champion. As long as you won the game, there is a chance of getting a key fragment.
