Lux and Brand support

Okay im here to ask u all are Lux and Brand really supports?They dont have any spells that can actually support their adc and usually when someone play lux or brand they go full ap and steal all ur kills and sometimes even i cs.I,as a adc main,hate when i get support lux or brand and i cant stand them so i usually dodge cz team without support will 99% struggle with winning and at the end lose.What are you opinions on that i think Riot should start something like limiting champs that can be played as support or adc or any other lane(example:you can pick vayne or caitlyn on adc but u cant pick kennen).Thats also problem wich need to be fixed cz i also get support like Singed or Swain or Xerath :/

I have no fucking idea what you're talking about Brand Support is busted right now in SoloQ, they support because they can peel, Q's bind peels and Brand E-Q or W-Q, R-Q stuns, they're just not enchanter supports, they are mage supports, honestly, if they take CS because they're helping me push lane, I don't even care, even sometimes, I get tilted when they don't help me push lane or they don't back after I push it, because they are missing the timing on recalls.

Lux is really no different than morgana: q is a stun on both and actually better on lux since it can stun two targets. Morgana w burns while lux e slow but similar concept and Morgana e is the better shield as it negates ability while lux w just shields. Both ults can be single or multi target and can start or help finish kills. On brand though, he is more of a watered down exiled mid

It funny how people keep talking about Morgana Lux yet they forgot about my beautiful lady Zyra who got no shield like Lux or Morgana yet better support as x'D

Brand: Stun, %HP damage. Lux: bind, slow, and shield.

That's just your perception, and even if it were true, who's to say that's not the best way to win, particularly if they're the only AP on your team.

Brand and Lux support are so busted right now. I hate playing against them and love playing with them. I dont care if they KS as long as I get an assist as ADC.

I have been playing more supports like these because I keep getting matched with bad ADCs. Lux has cc and shields. Brand has a stun and tons of poke. You can bully people out of lane. Too many of my ADCs can’t farm even with a pushing lane. With Lux or Brand, I can get a few kills and help carry.

Lux Q snare that can hit through a minion or hit both enemy laners W shield + attack speed after item 3504 E slow, plus high damage poke R long range poke to secure kill if adc cant get it or prep a kill for adc..

Supp is more or less defined by buffing or ccing. I mean i like to play skarner and ivern as supp lol. People talk all this crap about janna shield op and such. Here is something better. Ivern shield has a higher base higher ap ratio and lower cd. Sure it doesnt last as long and gives no ad but it slows

Lux can be considered a support because she has utility in her kit. should not because he does nothing but damage.

But by that same logic, therefore Kennen Gnar Heimerdinger are supports because most of their kits are utility/cc

Brand might just "do damage" but that damage is poke for most of the lane, much like zyra. There is a such thing called a mage support (remember when annie was a legitimate top tier support?)

Yeah but its an offmeta thing, im not nessicerily saying it cant be done. Im just refuting @annie2hardtoplay's claim that brand cant be a legitimate support pick simply because he just does damage.
