How to balance Leblanc

Leblanc has sustained one of the highest ban rates in lol for a very long time. Almost all of my Diamond/Master/Challenger friends agree she is the most broken champ in league at the moment. She has little to no counterplay especially in the mid to late game when her W is on a 3 second cooldown. Her mobility isn't the problem, it's that she can't be punished for making mistakes and becomes a late game powerhouse with 0 counterplay when she one shots any carry and safely dashes back out. I believe her distortion should be given a 1 second cooldown similar to Zed's ult where she cannot mimic distortion nor return back for at least a 1 second period. This preserves her safety in lane and doesn't effect her ability to assassinate carries but also give's the enemy team a chance to react and punish her and adds much needed counterplay to a champion that lacks any.

I don't get why people are downvoting this. This is a good idea. I mean, I see LeBlanc's all the time, and they just dash in, unleash their combo in about a second(minus E unless they already got that off), and then return within a split second as if they were never there.

leblanc is already balanced. (slightly underpowered but playable) why do you cry about her when disgustingly overpowered male champions such as darius, garen and olaf exist. all of them have no counters and they counter all female champions. disgusting.

because leblanc isnt broken at all. She only does one thing and thats assasinate squishies. She doesnt take objectives, team fight, or split push. If you prevent or nerf that burst she is completely pointless. Her banrate is high but her winrate isnt. its less then 50% and she is bottom half of the popularity rates. Now that could be because she is heavily banned but if her winrate is still lower then 50% that means ppl are dealing with her. A banshees veil cuts her burst drastically without even counting MR and you could always zhonyas the same way you would a zed. Wards counter assassins more then anything. Especially leblanc

her poke is not that great. It only has like 700 range. Most midlaners outrange that i believe. Ahri is what like 880.
