What the fuck is happening with dynamiq q?

I love league of Legends i mean really it was a lot of fun but now i dont have fun anymore. i am main support and in ranked i cant solo carry especially if my laners feed like hell and Riot is here like "If u are good u can carry" but matching me with unranked when i'm gold 3. So I lost my mmr cuz i lost too much games. So plz Riot do something ( btw the dynamiq q is so bad if u arent supp main) I mean when i try to go on other post I dont really enjoy waiting 10 min too launch a game and cant we do something about afk? Yeah i know we got /remake but people who afk at 10 min why should i loose my lp and my mmr cuz one guy decide to rage quit after he loosed hard his lane and feeded. So plz Riot i beg you do something about it. I think that s6 is the worst season ever made. (if u have a bit more time do something about flamers)
