I need advice climbing

I noticed recently that since reaching gold earlier this season it has been extremy hard to climb ranks. I am a top/mid yasuo only for the most part. Occasionally I look at my opponents op.gg's and the are explat or exdiamond most of the time. Because I've played a lot of yasuo and have pretty good mechanics I can win my lane and even influence the other lanes. But my team is very negative when the enemy even gets the slightest of leads. My teammates were also mostly.plat last season, but it seems like they are much less experienced as they get fucked in most of their lanes. I have been winning then losing on and off for last 30 or so games. I've resorted to playing on silver account that used to be my friends before he quit. That account allows me to play with my newer friend and not have to worry about diamonds. Idk if I'm just on a stint or if there is some way that I can improve my decision making in order to take a larger advantage with my lead and enfore it onto the enemies despite being fed from my team.

TL;DR: team gets fucked, I do alright, how do I help them with my lead and win game?

i felt like that recently, and what i started doing was playing normal games in between my ranks, i use to never do that, and only play rank. That was my problem. now i notice its getting a little better for w.e reason. next i started playing champs that dont depend on others. champs that can engage and disangage. for example poppy, trundle, jarvan, and lissandra.

Best advice, play in a premade. You'll get to Plat easily.
