Riot should implement a vote kick for the champ select screen. This would prevent honest players from having to dodge and wait and potentially loose LP for not wanting to play with someone who instalocks or purposely trolls. This is not just a quality of life thing, almost every multiplayer game has a votekick system. This needs to be implemented.

It would just be too easily abused, although i agree Trolls are a nuisance, i don't think there is much one can do about them. Maybe a system, only in ranked obviously, where when you dodge you get to explain why and then Riot will check champion select and pre-game lobby chat to verify it was indeed because of a toxic or troll player. The problem with that is they would need to check through like thousands of these a day and it would take some time for you to get your LP back. I think this is less abuseable though

If the other 4 people on his team don't want him to pick Morde top, he shouldn't pick Morde top. That's what "communicating with team" means and not doing so is reportable.
I don't want to see a Morde top in ranked. I want people to play to win in ranked. Either Morde top is not your best top, in which case you're not playing to win, or you actually played only Morde top and he's your best pick, in which case you're not playing to win.
Stephenizgod1 votesNo that is not true, have you seen him play Morde top before? Do you know if he is bad or good? Can you tell the future? Have you seen every possible match-up between Morde and other champions?
Just because you don't think Morde is a good champ doesn't mean he is bad, he is really good in certain match-ups. That guy picking Morde top might just carry the game, but you wouldn't know that because you just blindly kicked him. If he instalocks Morde top when your team has a lot of AP and you need AD or a Tank, then yes that is not communicating with the team, but if Morde works for your comp then he doesn't really need to explain his pick. Otherwise i could report every person who has never communicated their pick with me... i don't pretend to know if a person is good with a certain champion, i trust they know what they are doing and if they personally fail then that is on them.
All im saying is to not judge a book by its cover because you might be surprised, have some faith because not everyone is a troll, and stop being arrogant in automatically thinking your opinion is correct because you might learn something new.
Gronkis1 votesObviously there is no perfect solution to this, and STEPHENIZGOD makes valid points. However, I feel that this would be quality of life. Not necessarily would the person that was kicked have to be punished, just removed from that queue.
