Any Chance on Draven Tweaks After his Big Bro's upgrade?

Hi, I like Draven . There's something about the chaos of constantly whipping out axes while dancing to catch the returning ones that really tick my boxes. Even when playing other games I find myself thinking, "I wish this character's mechanics were more like Draven's."

Seeing those Darius changes on the pbe got me thinking. Like his older brother, Draven either takes over the game and steam rolls through everything, or he falls flat on his face. Essentially a Draven game boils down to whether or not you cash in before your first death, which isn't very fun. If Draven does cash in, he's likely to cash in again, and again, until 10 min later one Spinning Axe does 90% of a squishy's HP.

On the other hand, If Draven does not cash in, hes likely to not cash in again, or maybe he does, but the stacks are so low at that point it doesn't matter. 10 min later and hes still working on his first item, while having low outplay potential when playing from behind, (do to his low mobility and lack of damaging skill shots).

Anyways, I thought I'd toss up some ideas in hopes to show there is room for Draven to be more fun, both to play as and to play against. Needless to say the numbers probably aren't balanced, but hopefully get my points across. Specifically his Q ramping up in damage should prevent him from the getting ahead and literally one shotting stuff scenario. Secondly his E slows more against point blank targets, which should slightly help him in the dive champs ripping him to pieces scenario. Lastly, his current passive is just to boring for such an glorious individual.

Passive - Glorious Execution - Draven deems an enemy worthy of execution... by Draven. Draven's abilities gain bonuses against marked targets. -Spinning Axe deals bonus physical damage over time (bleed) to target. -Blood Rush's movement speed is increased by 10% when moving towards the target. -Stand Aside's slow is increased by 10% against target. -Whirling death deals bonus % max health damage to target.

Only enemies with kills are valid candidates for a Glorious Execution.
Execution targets gain bonus movement speed when fleeing from Draven.
Draven can mark up to 1/2/3 enemies for execution(depending on level), and can only recast it after executing all marked targets.

Q - Spinning Axe - Base damage lowered to 30/40/50/60/70. This damage increases by 10% up to 2 times per attack against the same target within 5 seconds. Damage bonus resets upon dropping both axes.

E - Stand Aside - Slow is decreased based on the distance traveled. (Hitting an enemy point blank at rank 5 slows them for 60%, while hitting it at max range is still 40%.)

well you basically gave him Garen ult passive in a sense but now how is he going to use it without having someone get a kill? what is he going to do force his support to go all kamakazi and die to the enemy adc just to keep them as a person her sees worthy of execution? i do believe Draven needs some changes to his passive but these just aren't the right ones since they are so limiting and uncontrollable.

Draven's current passive is non-existent in lane until he gets a kill. Typically once Draven does cash in, he'll snowball and win lane even harder. Limiting this new passive to enemies with kills means it's still non-existent early (keeping his bully potential in check).

If he does get a kill or two, this passive does not lead to a huge snowball advantage. However if he dies early/starts losing lane, this passive provides him a means to get back in the game.

I'm sure its more than rough around the edges though, it was just an idea to get the topic rolling. Feel free to add any changes you'd like to see.

i personally dont see how his old passive was any bad idk why they changed it talon has a bleed with high damage scaling same with darius now and unlike them draven had to build crit in order to get it the game has changed so much i think riot just needs to bring his bleed back
