you mean she no longer has the capacity to shield any and all poke against her? and she actually dies when someone dives on top of her now? sounds pretty balanced to me.
that steep drop off is simply mechanical, she has a clear defined weakness which everyone knows about, and high elo players abuse it.
lets give it a week and see what happens, who knows, it might go up again. small sample size and what not.

You say she has a 31% win rate in Masters, but she also had that same win rate 20 days ago, when she was at her prime.
She still has an overall good win rate.
Revert every buff and nerf she got recently and pretend this shit never happened.
