Is the "TRIBUNAL" really a "THING"
RITO... Is this why it dosent matter how many times I report AFKEERS, TROLLS, LVL 25 NOOBS and every other paria that roams my gaming sesions you do nothing about them??? Just asking.

The tribunal has been down for a year, and I don't expect it to come back anytime soon. I don't know what the hell Riot is doing, but it better be worth it.
Ever since the tribunal passed away, there has been an increase in trolls. Unfortunately the ragers are the only one getting punished. Yes I will rage if at the 20min mark you are 0/9/0. but unfortunately I am the one who gets punished
