Whats it like to be a new player in league of legends

As a 3 year old League of Legends player I have made a few accounts in my time. What iv noticed in creating these new accounts is that the amount of toxicity is awful, to the point that it doesn't want me to play any more. New players should be embraced in a good community and what's happening is that "Smerfs" are always in your game destroying the** new players**. Also the worst part those who are** new**, are doing bad, because they are put up** vs veterans of the game** not knowingly are getting** countless reports ** because they are doing bad, and or are getting too frustrated that they are doing awful and just** AFK** the rest of the game. Us as regular league of legends players should be open to why they are doing good, and also giving tips to the players ON THE OTHER TEAM who are doing poorly because they are new. We shouldn't yell at these new players, instead help them, so when it comes to the end of the day. They will say they enjoyed playing League of Legends and will continue to play and become awesome members of this community. Does anyone agree?
