Ohmwrecker rework/buff

Ohmwrecker has never been a viable item in league because other items give better stats there. The only time its really if you ahead or with a duo and will constantly tower diving what i suggest for the item to be more useful is by adding the old Summoner spell Forfteid on it. This will make it a decent item because it will still be useful if behind . The 8 sec before using an other ohmwrecker should stay and be porc by both teams so if the other team has it should not canceled the item use and make the enemy team wait before try to dive whit there own ohmwrecker. Also have an option where you pay to 500 to change the item to a sure you can just pay use zz rot and pay to change it back but both are terbrial and susttioln item that it relly wont afcet the game that much.
