Impossible to climb without a premade in solo duo

I an an Aurelion Sol One trick pony, and it doesn't matter a single bit how good I'm playing, because the result is always the same. Rather somebody is running down mid, trolling, or leaving the game. I keep having those people and it's making me nothing but mad. Sure I'm not the best player, but how should I climb and get better when the same tragedy keeps repeating? I start playing ranked and no matter how many games I win I'm going to lose twice the amount because of trolls, Smurfs, or just from people who try to tilt me and then go AFK because of bad communication. I'm right now silver IV for the 4 th time in this season. It doesn't matter if I manage to climb into Silver III, II or I. I'm going to end up Silver IV again because of those trolls who think they are challenger, communication is worthless or just people who try out Disco Nunu every game. The only way I climb is by asking a friend to help me carry. But even then, my team trolls harder and my enemy's are getting way to fed. Then it's a 2 Good player vs 5 Good player and 3 Supporter of them.
