I love to play fiddlesticks, but sadly he kinda sucks right now because there are no masteries that help him, to please riot make fiddlesticks s good Champ

I think the main issue is his base health and resistances. They are basically non-existant, and I understand that theoretically, he should have more effective health with drain being so strong, but drain and his ult channeled abilities were designed way back, before many champs with hard cc were introduced to the game. One has to be extremely cautious as to when to channel, until after abilities are used in which case you are waiting to help someone / join team fight for a significant portion of time or you're basically picking a non-viable champion.
I would like to see fiddle's drain changed into something else more practical that fits the same role of sustain with some damage. Maybe a skill shot cone that steals hp and/or resistances and grants them to fiddle upon returning to him. His ult should be uninterruptable, it's such a long channel that people can effectively move away if they see him doing it anyway. Or maybe he should gain at least one spell shield during channel only kind of like sivir.

fiddle sticks got nerf'd multiple times and his whole kit was countered with the intro of jump champs and since he just has not been good.
i would sugg making his R cast instant but with lower dmg at first scaleing for the duration of time and give it a slow.
change his fear so its an AOE?
No. Fiddle is completely broken... as long as you don't try to play him jungle. He currently has a 57% winrate mid because there is objectively no counterplay to a ranged, point-and-click hard cc that lasts for 3 full seconds followed by another 2 seconds of being silenced. His VGU needs to come sooner so he can stop being impossible to interact with.
He is actually pretty decent at mid or support, but aweful in jungle where he used to do well. Problem is with one cleanse item he is dead because he is so squishy. Also, a solid ranged AP mage can make his life hell. I think there are plenty of counters for him. But he really feels like more of a utility play than a dps. If you get some slow on his crows to silence a whole team, then he does pretty nicely in team fights without even ulting.
What is wrong with you fiddlestick needs to be bad cuz hes a better top laner and can't outplay every bot comp with brand x fiddle both support
