Noxian Support Champ Thoughts/Discussion

Something I've always wanted to see as far as league goes in expanding their character roster is a support champ from Noxus. Let me be clear by stating that, yes there are noxian champs that can support in botlane. are all champs I've seen as supports with varying degrees of success. That being said there is no dedicated noxian support, and I think it would be interesting to see how Rito would tackle the character. What would the character BE? A loyal noxian medic that provides healing and has a bit of utility? An eccentric poke focused mage with a couple debuffs in their kit? A tanky noxian rebel leader who wants to fight back against the empire? Personally, I would like to see a healer that gets rewarded for playing aggressively. Maybe a passive that amps the damage of their heals whenever you damage an enemy champ with an ability, or an ult that heals allies and damages enemies in an AoE centered on the caster. I think that an aggressive playstyle would fit a support from noxus. What do you think? What would you like to see?
