Noob here trying to learn jungle pathing early

Hello! I am pretty new to Lol (my acc is lvl 28 and I've been playing for a week and a half) and I'm wondering how to improve my jungle efficiency early game. I just went into draft pick and got placed against an Iron III Hecarim who, by the five-minute-mark, had gotten 40 cs, held mid while sylas backed, ganked bot twice and had gotten a few kills and assists. He used pretty much the same jungle pathing as I did but didn't take any scuttles. By then I had taken blue, gromp, wolves, top scuttle, red, and krugs, which brought me to about 24 cs. I had tried to gank mid but sylas got away (which led to hecarim filling in)

This happens a lot, like somehow junglers in the early game will have fully cleared by the five minute mark and have already pulled off a gank or two. I have no idea how they clear so fast, cause Hecarim didn't kite. He kinda just stood there and tanked all the camps and still was able to get around. There was also a Iron? Rengar a few games back that had 50+ cs at around 6-7 minutes and ended up carrying the game with around 165-200+ cs at 30-35ish minutes, which was almost double what I had. (Though I fell behind late game because I focus on teamfights instead of farming and I'm usually not the one split pushing) Do you guys have any tips for clearing jungle camps early? I've watched a few videos and I do make an attempt at kiting, but I still fall behind early game. I main Kindred btw, so scuttles are woven into my path because of my marks.

For one thing Hecriam could span his q so e could clear faster then u. To be honest u just have to get a good leash lvl 1. I sometimes play jg Master YI (yes i know I know i am disgusting.) But i take wuju style which heals him for quite a lot. So just try to get a good leash. I don't really know wut im talking about cause im not a jungle main but yeah. Smite whenever u can.

Some champions simply clear faster, its as simple as that. My recommendation, though keep in mind I'm not a jungle main, is to clear camps as a way to kill time. For example, say you want to gank top: You ping, go clear scuttle/gromp/krugs while your top lane lets them push it, then you gank. That way you gain more EXP/gold than if you were waiting in top bush.

Right now jungle farm doesn't give as much exp as it used to, so increasing your lane presence to try and snowball is a good bet. So try to get camps as you do that. Also, if you show up and fail a gank when you've cleared the closest camps, I'd tax the lane. Because if you don't, you have to go back into the jungle with no EXP gain or gold gain and that time not farming/getting kills and assists is putting you behind.

Thats all I really know of Jungle, hope that helps.

Jungle pathing is pretty easy. I always tend to start red on whatever jungler because the HP Regen and that nice true damage helps a lot. If you want to practice pathing, I recommend Eve and Hec. Both have amazing clearing times and can survive pretty well in the jungle because of hunters tailsman. Start red, raptors (clear small ones first and spam abilities to clear as fast as possible), krugs then you can either pull a gank off to your lanes if they're pushed or you can go straight to blue and do scuttle. Also watch jungle YouTube videos, jungle is always changing and people always find the best pathing for each change.
